I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, although a bit small with a slight smell from the AC. The service was friendly and excellent, although some improvement in hospitality skills could enhance the experience. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were ready immediately, and the staff were friendly, including the wonderful bartenders. I appreciated the free shuttle service to a local restaurant and the ride to the Astros game. However, there were issues with the toilet not flushing for the first two days despite my repeated requests. Additionally, there were some cleanliness issues like silly string on the walls and curtain in my room, which was a bit disappointing.
